Privacy and cookie policy
Last updated: 4 October 2026.
This policy applies to the new Progress Dynamic website and enquiries about the services presented on it.
1. Data controller and contact
Your personal data controller is Paweł Czerniecki, trading as Paweł Czerniecki Progress Dynamic, address: ul. Kościuszki 10, 48-100 Debrzyca, Poland, NIP (tax identification number): 7481579743, REGON (business register number): 524285310.
For personal data enquiries, contact us at: pczerniecki@onet.eu or call: +48 724 904 683.
2. Data we process
The website presents our services and provides links to make a phone call or open an email application. It does not offer a contact form, account registration or online payments.
If you write to us or call us, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name and enquiry. Please provide only the information needed to handle your enquiry.
When you view the website, the hosting infrastructure receives technical data needed to handle the connection, such as your IP address, the requested page address and browser information. This data may be recorded in the hosting provider’s technical and security logs.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We respond to enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling correspondence and helping people interested in our services — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where your enquiry concerns entering into a contract with you, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and performance of that contract are based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Maintaining the availability and security of the website and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims are based on our legitimate interests — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. If tax or accounting obligations arise after a contract is concluded, we process the data necessary to meet those obligations under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Providing data when contacting us is voluntary. However, without the information needed to reply or prepare an offer, we may be unable to handle your enquiry. Browsing the website does not require you to provide your name, phone number or email address.
4. Hosting and data recipients
The website is published using ChatGPT Sites, provided to customers in the European Economic Area by OpenAI Ireland Ltd. Data processed on our behalf for hosting is subject to the ChatGPT Sites Data Processing Addendum. The provider also uses infrastructure subcontractors identified in its list of subprocessors.
Where needed to handle your enquiry, data recipients may include email, telecommunications and IT service providers and, in connection with a contract or legal claims, accounting or legal service providers. Data may also be disclosed to authorities authorised by law.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Using international hosting infrastructure may involve processing data outside the European Economic Area. Under the ChatGPT Sites Data Processing Addendum, OpenAI uses standard contractual clauses or a European Commission adequacy decision in such cases. Details are provided in section 4 of that addendum. You can contact us for information about the safeguards used and how to obtain a copy.
6. How long we keep data
We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and conclude the matter. If an enquiry leads to cooperation, retention covers performance of the contract and any legally required record-keeping periods. Data needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims may be retained until the applicable limitation period expires or, in the event of a dispute, until its final resolution.
Retention of technical data depends on its purpose, security needs and the rules of the hosting infrastructure. You can request information about your data using the email address above.
7. Your rights
Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you may request access to and a copy of your data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. The right to data portability applies in the cases provided for by the GDPR, particularly where automated processing is based on consent or a contract.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Send requests to pczerniecki@onet.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office. Information is available at uodo.gov.pl.
8. Cookies, analytics and profiling
We have not implemented Google Analytics, advertising pixels or remarketing tools in the current version of the website. We do not use our own analytics or advertising cookies, or profiling for marketing purposes. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
The hosting layer may use technical mechanisms to handle and protect connections. The absence of tracking tools added by us does not mean that the infrastructure provider does not process technical data.
Your browser settings allow you to inspect, delete and block cookies. If we introduce technologies that require consent in future, we will provide a way to give and withdraw consent before those technologies are activated, and update this policy.
9. Links to other websites
The book link leads to the external Ridero website. Purchases, payments and the submission of order details take place on that website under its operator’s rules. The link itself does not embed Ridero tracking tools on our website.
10. Changes to this policy
We update this policy if the website’s features, our data processing or applicable rules change. The current version is available through the “Privacy policy” link in the footer. The update date appears at the beginning of this document.
